A Reference in Providing Cutting-Edge Products
Forscher began its operations in December 2003 with the purpose of creating new technological and administrative solutions for our clients across various sectors. We have been in the specialty chemicals market for over 20 years.
2004
Forscher is founded, initially as a service provider to BAF and as the exclusive representative of some of their product lines: Sicocer® (ceramic pigments) and Xfas® (preparations).
2005
After identifying a market opportunity, Forscher invests in the distribution of pigments, initiating partnerships with Vicome (Taiwan), TMC Hallcrest (UK), becoming the exclusive representative of CINIC (China).
2006
Become the exclusive representative of Heubach group (Germany/India).
2011
Becomes tge representative of Union Colours (UK), part of the Sincol Group.
2015
Iniciates a new partnership with Hifchem (China) for HPPs and special dyes.
2017
Enters the Additives business (UV an antioxidants) with Solvay (Belgium).
2018
Strategic focus shifts to performance pigments and additives.
2020
enters the additives segment (dispersants, rheological, etc.) with Allnex (Austria) and the solvent dyes segment with Precise Color (China).
2023
Replaced contracts from Allnex to BASF (Additives), terminated the agreement with Heubach, iniciated a new partnership with Oxerra (Iron Oxide), and seign an exclusive contract with Dhanveen (pigments).
2024
Discussing potential partners for silicas, resubs and high performance pigments. The company has already secured approvals and competitive prices
