A commitment to transparency, responsibility, and respect. A safe and confidential environment for reporting misconduct and ethical violations.
FORSCHER: Governance, Ethics & Responsibility
Ethical conduct is one of the fundamental pillars of our organizational culture. We are committed to operating with transparency, responsibility, and respect in all our relationships — both internal and external.
The Conduct, Ethics & Integrity Channel was created to provide a safe, confidential, and independent means for anyone to report behaviors that violate our principles, internal policies, applicable laws, or compromise the workplace environment.
This channel is available to employees, clients, suppliers, partners, and anyone who interacts with the company.
You may submit your report anonymously, without the need for identification. All submissions are evaluated with rigor, impartiality, and absolute confidentiality. The company maintains a clear zero-tolerance policy for retaliation against any good-faith whistleblower.

4. Commitment to Ethics, ESG & Governance
Our commitment goes beyond compliance with applicable legal requirements. FORSCHER seeks to promote a safe, healthy, and diverse work environment aligned with best practices in Governance, Integrity, and ESG.
Integrity is a fundamental principle for business sustainability, risk mitigation, and the strengthening of ethical and long-term relationships with employees, clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
The Conduct Channel is a formal mechanism within FORSCHER’s integrity system, designed for the receipt and handling of reports related to conduct inconsistent with applicable legislation, internal standards, and the organization’s values. Its operation and investigation procedures are structured in accordance with the Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law (Law No. 12,846/2013), the General Data Protection Law – LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the company’s applicable internal policies, including the Code of Conduct and Ethics, the Non-Retaliation Policy, and FORSCHER’s Compliance and Integrity guidelines.
4. Management, Investigation, and Timeframes
The FORSCHER Conduct, Ethics & Integrity Channel is managed directly by CEOs Harry Heise and Zenaide Heise, who are responsible for the receipt, review, and determination of the reported matters.
All reports undergo an initial technical screening and, when deemed admissible, are subject to an investigation process conducted with independence, confidentiality, and impartiality, which may include document analysis and internal verification of information. The standard timeframe for completion of the investigation is up to ten (10) business days, with extensions permitted in cases of greater complexity, provided that such extensions are formally documented and justified.
